What Does this CT Scan Result Mean?

There is anterior subluxation of 11 mm at l4-5 with mild disc space narrowing. Chronic bilateral pars interarticularis defects are present better demonstrated on the CT. Mild facet arthropathy l4-s1. Significant arterial vascular calcifications aorta. What does this mean?

Findings may indicate degenerative spine disease.
These are generally age related changes.
Patient may need physiotherapy and medicines.
